Until further order, all motions, including Criminal & Orphans’ Court, shall be handled remotely via email, fax, or mail to chambers.
The filing party must notify all necessary parties that a motion is being filed and if motion is contested.
Contested motions shall include a scheduling order.
Motions for Modification of Bail or Release from Probation must be circulated first to Probation/Pretrial Services & DA’s Office for acknowledgement of objection or consent.
An advance copy of any Orphan’s Court motion shall be sent to the Audit Attorney or Guardianship Clerk, where applicable.
